About Rob

Rob Balaam

Rob is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and received his training in the co-active coaching model at Coaches Training Institute. (CTI). He is also credentialed by the Coach Federation (http://www.coachfederation.org ) with a PCC accreditation. 

Rob’s clients are looking to develop their leadership skills to have a more significant impact and harness those inner voices that hold them back to be more successful, creative, and innovative. His clients can step into their leadership roles with authenticity and sustainable confidence. They can make global changes to their approach to leadership that impact their success in the professional and their personal lives.

Rob is also the co-founder and co-owner of Partners In Communication LLC, a company that provides sign language interpreting services in Northern California. Rob has worked as a Certified Professional Sign Language Interpreter for over 20 years. He holds his Certificate of Interpretation (CI) and Certificate of Transliteration (CT) from the Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID). Rob has held several leadership positions, including Vice President, on the board of directors for both the Northern California RID and the National RID.

​Rob holds a MA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Fielding Graduate University and a BS degree in Organizational Leadership from Capella University.
