What is Coaching?
Coaching is a process of inquiry and experience that newly connects you with your dreams and goals, and identifies achievable, actionable steps to make them come true. It is a journey forward in which you develop new practices, shift perspectives and experience transformation, supported by the skills and compassion of the coach.
Book an Appointment
All coaching is done via phone or internet video conference (recommended). All new coaching relationships begin with a two-hour Discovery Session, which sets the stage for the work that follows. I recommend a 3-6 month commitment to ongoing coaching sessions to truly see clear results.
All individual coaching programs are offered on a month-to-month basis. This includes three pre-scheduled 45-minute calls each month, as well as between-session email and phone support.
